England 6 vs 0 Luxembourg

Shearer-hatrick hero and yet still hated by so many people. We think this is a digrace, were not saying that we think he's the greatest but there is alot worse out there, not
mentioning any names (cough FOWLER ).

Sutton..... why isn't he a England
regular. We think he is a goal demon. how does Fowler start in one of the biggest games so far and yet Sutton doesn't even get a look in.

Dyer

Dyer another star in the making. oh my god. oh my god. What can we say. This player is still maturing and yet if it wasn't for him then would Shearer have scored even one? No is the answer.
He made his England debut in front of a sold out Wembeley and in a game in which if they lost would mean that we wouldn't be in Euro 2000, alright Luxembourg haven't won a game in four years but still,  the pressure was on. In our view he was man of the match even though he didn't play the full 90 minutes.
